The following pricing structure is a guide only to our Company Pricing Policy and is designed to help you put together rough budget costs for tour planning. We would suggest you contact our offices should you have fixed definite requirements where we will be pleased to provide a fixed accurate quotation.

All charges are based from The Travel Centre, (Discovery Park, Stockport, Cheshire. SK4 5DZ, UK) to the vehicles return here.

Our pricing is inclusive. We include and allow for the hire of the coach, diesel fuel, driver crew (single man only), washing, weekly bedding and laundry. Our price excludes the driver's per diems, trailer allowance, and meal allowance.

Hotels are not usually required for European drivers as they usually sleep in the coaches. Our price excludes tolls, bridges, tunnels, ferries, road taxes, Belgian VAT, etc which will be included on the final quotation once calculated.

Our quotation does not include double drivers or drivers required to take over during statutory rest days or getting them to and from the coach. (Please communicate with our office for exact pricing details of your exact tour schedule requirement.) Where double drivers are required this will be included in your quotation.

(Double drivers: We will charge you £100 a day per second or relief driver. (You will also need to pay the double driver his allowances.)

Pricing for a Premium quality double deck coach during 2008 is typically £450-£550 a day and single deck coaches at £400-£450 a day, depending on the time of year. Trailers are charged out at £90 per day (plus any associated road tolls, ferry costs etc.)
